These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bauu88 ("Company", "Platform", "we", "us"). Where such activity is identified, bauu88 reserves the right to void the relevant bonus, reclaim any winnings attributed to that bonus, and suspend the account pending review.

The following actions constitute serious breaches of these Terms & Conditions. Engaging in any of the behaviours listed below will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals, and may result in legal action where applicable law permits.

• Fraudulent registration: Providing false, misleading, or another person's identity information during account creation or verification.
• Underage gambling: Accessing or using the platform while under the age of 18, or facilitating access to the platform by a minor.
• Multiple account creation: Registering more than one account for the purpose of circumventing account restrictions, claiming duplicate bonuses, or any other reason.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated software to place bets, navigate the platform, or interact with any game or sportsbook market.

Real-money funds held in your account at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, provided that all applicable verification requirements have been satisfied. Suspension or Closure by bauu88

bauu88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.

• Suspected fraudulent, criminal, or abusive activity.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering or terrorist financing.
• Providing false or misleading information at any stage of the account lifecycle.
• Engagement in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 6 of this Agreement.
• A regulatory or legal requirement to suspend or close the account.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, bauu88 will endeavour to complete the investigation within a reasonable period. If the investigation concludes with no finding of wrongdoing, the account will be reinstated and any legitimate balance restored. If a serious breach is confirmed, the account will be permanently closed and balances may be forfeited in accordance with the relevant provisions of this Agreement.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bauu88 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of business opportunity, even if bauu88 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

bauu88 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, third-party service disruptions, or circumstances outside bauu88's reasonable control including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, power failures, internet outages, or force majeure events. bauu88 will use reasonable endeavours to restore service promptly but accepts no liability for losses arising from platform downtime.

Game Results and Betting Outcomes

All game outcomes on bauu88 are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer mechanics operated by third-party game providers. bauu88 does not manipulate game outcomes. In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round or betting event, the affected round may be voided and any stake placed will be returned. bauu88's decision regarding the outcome of a voided round is final.

Sportsbook odds are subject to change until the point at which a bet is confirmed. bauu88 accepts no liability for losses arising from odds fluctuations between the time a bet is placed and the time it is confirmed. In-play bets are subject to additional delay and acceptance rules as stated in the sportsbook terms.

Third-Party Services

bauu88 integrates with third-party payment processors, game providers, and technology partners to deliver its services. bauu88 accepts no liability for failures, delays, or errors attributable to these third parties beyond the platform's reasonable control. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by applicable law. These Terms & Conditions represent the entire agreement between you and bauu88 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral. If any provision of this Agreement is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
